TASTING NOTES
50% Moschofilero, 50% Chardonnay.
Pale gold color with a delicate nose with aromas of rosebud and white flowers, citrus and melon. Light and fresh palate with lemon notes, hints of mint and fresh summer fruits, an elegant crisp acidity combined with a long aftertaste. Also boasts medium body and fruity flavours such as pear, white peach and fresh melon.

WINEMAKING
The Moschofilero grapes are strictly selected from the low yielding organic vineyard in the mountainous Peloponnese region.
The Chardonnay grapes are cultivated by Domaine Gioulis in the northern Peloponnese mountains at a 1000m altitude near the village of Klimenti. The soil is clay-limestone nand the vineyard has a northern orientation. Traditional white wine vinification. Clarification is done by static sedimentation. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Each variety is vinified separately. The blending of the varieties takes place after the fermentation.
