Bernard Delmas Blanquette de Limoux 2011

A blend of 80% Mauzac and 20% Chardonnay. A dry, creamy-textured, full-bodied wine with a fine yeasty character present in the aroma. Subtly fruity with toasty green apple and lemon flavors. Tastes very clean yet with a long full finish.

Domaine Bousquet Brut White

75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir.

Greenish yellow color with fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, apple and tropical fruits. On the palate, green apple flavor and aroma, tropical and delicate hints of yeasts.

Château Bousquette Véronique 2019

A blend of 30% Carignane, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre. A dry, medium-bodied wine with a jammy fruit character of cherry, plum and blackberry complemented by aromas of straw and oak with hints of black pepper.

Château Bousquette Saint Chinain "Tradition" 2019

This is an OWC exclusive, a classic blend of 35% Grenache, 30% Carignane, 20% Syrah, and 15% Mourvèdre from Veronique's terroir. A structured wine with flavors of berry, black currant, coffee, licorice and spice, complement the long smooth finish.

Château Bousquette Saint Chinain "Prestige" 2018

A blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Grenache. Brilliant dark garnet color with elements of rose, cherry, and toasted wheat. In France this is often paired with duck. It also makes a terrifc accompaniment to marinara sauce.

These wines represent the true life, sweat, blood and spirit of our founder: Veronique Raskin, a true trailblazer for the organic movement. Having grown up playing in her family's property and vineyard, Chateau Bousquette, Veronique was inculcated into the culture of wine since she was a young girl.

Later, her grandfather Pierre Fabre would switch the family vineyard's to 100% organic practices and ultimately pass the gauntlet on to Veronique, who began The Organic Wine Company by importing these very wines into the United States some three decades ago. Not only are these wines certified organically grown and wonderful but they have the character of a family history and pride behind them.

Note: The Chateau Bousquette Tradition is typical of French wines in that it needs to breathe and will open up well in about 30 to 45 minutes. Decant before serving at least 30 minutes before enjoying for the fullest expression of the subtle flavors.
