TASTING NOTES

50% Torrontes, 50% Chardonnay.

Bright golden yellow color of good intensity. Pineapple, mango, and peach on the nose, with delicate citric and mineral hints. The palatepresents an intense fruity, fresh, round and concentrated start, a good balance leading to a persistent finish.

DRINK WITH

Ideal for seafood, fish dishes and cheeses. Can cellar for up to 4 years.

Alcohol 13 %

WINEMAKING

From Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary, 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level in gravel and sandy soils. Manually harvested on the third week of February. Fermented with selected yeast. Max temp fermentation at 20°C for 25 days. Aged in stainless steel and 4 months of bottle aging.
