There's absolutely no risk in ordering our wines. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, neither are we! Bad bottle? Not what you'd hoped for? No problem: Just give us a call. We will replace, exchange or refund it! To avoid abuses we reserve the right to refund the wine bottles only and not the shipping costs.

Corks are organic products that can occasionally fail, however we take responsibility to provide you with the wine experience you deserve!

All our wines are made with grapes grown organically and certified in their country of origin by the appropriate agency. Some small producers cannot pay the extra fee now necessary to obtain the NOP (US) certification. Moreover it is essentially a duplication of efforts. In cases where it does not say so on the label we can provide the certifications pertaining to these wines if requested.

Note that any return and/or cancellation is subject to a $5 fee for handling and restocking + carrier specific charges depending of the weight of the package and where it is shipped back from.
