red colour promises the healthy wine lover a new experience with
complex aromas of red berries, blackcurrants and the indigenous
Proteas growing on the terroir. The aroma of the wine is best
described by the garrigue character found in the natural Cape
fynbos.
The
distinctive soft smooth entry of the wine is complimented with
chocolate and liquorice on the after-taste.
This wine is
perfectly balanced to be enjoyed with light, fresh foods like
pastas and salads or meat dishes.
